L.A. Kings 1995-96 Third Jersey
“Turns out the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim weren’t the only team with a terrible third jersey in the 1995-96 season. This jersey is known as “The Burger King Jersey” for its fair resemblance of the fast-food chain. Just like the Ducks, the Kings failed to make the playoffs that season and the jersey was scrapped as well. To make matters worse for the Kings, they traded franchise player Wayne Gretzky to the St. Louis Blues at the trade deadline on the request of #99. “The Great One” probably couldn’t bear the thought of having to put that hideous jersey on any longer. Does anyone own one of these?”
