Matt Finn Leafs Interview [Video]

The Leafers made a big move today drafting a buddy of the MindPuck family, Matt Finn of Etobicoke, Ontario. Finner went 35th overall to the Leafs and I couldn’t be happier for the kid… definitely a dream come true for him. Some people might be puzzled by the move given the surplus of D-men the Leafs have, but I can guarantee that picking Finn will be a great move. Having played hockey with his older brother Alex, I know the type of player Matt Finn will be for the Buds. He really is my favorite kind of hockey player – a good Canadian boy who plays smart defense, works extremely hard and is a great teammate. He is a heart and soul guy, a character player who will be a leader on this team in years to come.
