“#10 Pavel Bure Florida Panthers Home Jersey. Known for his lightning fast speed and great stick handling abilities, Pavel Bure was one of the most exciting player to watch during his career. Bure played 13 NHL seasons with the Vancouver Canucks, Florida Panthers, and New York Rangers. In just 702 regular season games Bure notched 437 goals and 779 points.

After a bitter ending to Bure’s time in Vancouver due to conflict with the organization’s management team, he was traded to the Florida Panthers. In his first two full seasons with the Panthers (1999-00, 2000-01) Bure would win back to back Maurice “Rocket” Richard Trophies with 58 and 59 goals, respectively. The next season the Panthers decided to trade their star forward at the trade deadline to the New York Rangers. Bure was leading the team with 49 points in 56 games at the time of the trade.

The only thing that could slow “The Russian Rocket” down was his knee injuries. Bure’s career was cut short at 13 NHL seasons from reoccurring knee injuries. “The Russian Rocket” will always be remembered for his many highlight reel goals scored at elite speeds.”
